As a member of the Transcona Business Improvement Zone we had the opportunity to speak on how our mural came to be, we also displayed some of the specialty seasonal items we produce including strawberry rhubarb crisp and beet leaf buns.

On Sunday June 23 at Kildonan Park the Movement Centre of Manitoba held their first ever Perogy Run and raised over $105,000!  Participants had the opportunity to enjoy Sevala's perogies after the race! Visit movementcentre.ca for information on the Perogy Run 2020.

Presented by Bob Buchanan of the Murals of Winnipeg, the 2018 Mural of the Year was awarded to Sevala's 'Life Goddess' created by artist Mike Johnston in conjunction with the Transcona Business Improvement Zone Mural Program.  We are so proud of the design which celebrates strength, confidence, empowerment and beauty.  

On August 3-4th 2019 Grand Beach Manitoba was home to the Inagural Players Invitational tournament featuring 

Competitive 2’s beach volleyball for both Men's and Women's Open Divisions. The tournament is designed as a competition “for the players by the players”. Sevala's was a proud sponsor of this event.

The Murdoch MacKay Collegiate Clansment Football Scholarship is awarded to a student who demonstrates leadership, positive work ethic, is active in the community, and has been a member of the Murdoch MacKay Clansment Football team.  Please contact Murdoch MacKay for information on the application process.
